Dangerous granola product recalled in Montana

To get a general idea of all the details involved in creating a food product, we can look at the packaging of items in a grocery store. Unfortunately, though, potentially dangerous mishaps occur in packaging food. One example is a recently recalled granola product that was mistakenly packaged and sent to stores in Montana and seven other states.

Family of boy dead from meningitis to file wrongful death claim

People may assume that when a family files a wrongful death lawsuit in Montana they are simply after money. Missoula bans cell-phone use while driving

Missoula is set to join other Montana cities in banning cell-phone use while driving. Texting while driving was already banned in the city in 2009, but starting on Dec. 5, the restriction will extend to any hand-held use of a cell phone while driving. The ordinance goes into effect for bicycles and motorcycles as well.
